Convert your Allett Stirling 51 (20") Mower into a powered verticutter with this UC Verticutter Cartridge.
As part of Allett's UltraChange™ Cartridge system, this UC Verticutter Cartridge takes just a few seconds to switch into your Stirling 51 and doesn't require any tools.
The Allett UC Verticutter uses a series of closely spaced blades for “vertical mowing”. The verticutter blades stand up the blades of grass and remove lateral growth and moss. When used regularly the verticutter will encourage a denser and more regimented sward.
As a general guide, and depending on the prevailing conditions, you would use a verticutter from April to October.
